From the beginning to the end of the day, Capt Cortez demonstrated exceptional skills! Despite unexpected windy conditions during our charter, Captain Cortez showcased his mastery behind the wheel, expertly navigating his boat. His ability to keep us in optimal fishing positions and ensure our safety in swiftly moving waters was truly commendable. As an added bonus, we witnessed Captain Cortez's compassion when he assisted a couple of jet-skiers who had fallen off and become separated from their group. With one jet-ski drifting away, we swiftly rescued one person while another boat helped the second, reuniting them with their vessel. This situation could have taken a turn for the worse if not for Captain Cortez's quick thinking and the assistance of others. Undoubtedly, we look forward to booking another adventure with Capt Cortez in the coming year to pursue those massive Redfish and Black Drum. Thank you once again for the fantastic time and engaging conversation!

We had a great day on the water with Captain Fil, he put us on some great trout and drum. He not only knows where to find fish, he is fun to hang out with. Highly recommend!

Gotta say that Fil, not only put us on the fish in a great way but was super accommodating and helpful. He made a last-minute trip work and we had a blast! 5 stars and fantastic time. I recommend him if you are looking to fill the freezer and have a great time!

A fantastic day of fishing with Captain Fil. We caught a huge Redfish and loads of Drums and Sheepshead. Captain was a funny guy and made us all feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

Captain Fil was accommodating and kind. He gave us hints on how to fish and baited our hooks to hook a moving trout for us. . The bites were slow for all motorboats that day, but Captain Fil kept searching for other places and we ended up with 6 Trout. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it.

I highly recommend booking this charter with Captain Fil. On our trip, he consistently put us on the fish from the first cast in the morning until we headed back to port at nightfall. Fishing was a little slower later in the morning but we got our limit of redfish in a couple of hours and then moved on to try other things. We caught and released several undersized fish and one good oversized. Not only does Captain Fil know his stuff when it comes to fishing, but he’s a genuinely good dude and a lot of fun to be around. The conversation alone was well worth the price of the trip. I’ll definitely book with him again in the future.
